POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing technical expert to join our growing Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager. At OpenVPN, you will help spearhead the development and optimization of various marketing processes, primarily focusing on creating and enhancing any landing pages or customizations with Hubspot HuBL and leveraging your expertise in WordPress to bring everything full circle. This role goes beyond traditional marketing; we’re seeking an individual who can navigate the technical aspects of system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integrations in the marketing tech stack. Your contributions will be instrumental in elevating our marketing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage and optimize Hubspot landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.

  • Build, manage, maintain, and optimize any marketing owned WordPress landing pages on our website.

  • Build, maintain, and manage Hubspot workflows, properties, email marketing, lead scoring and contact management.

  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of workflows, emails, landing page, and CTAs.

  • Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each path.

  • Optimize workflows to drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.

  • Work with the MktgOps team to increase funnel efficiencies as well as tracking and analyzing performance metrics.

  • Assist with debugging automation issues across MarTech stack.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in Hubspot.

  • Experience with Hubspot HubL is required.

  • Prior experience with Salesforce and WordPress required.

  • A strong understanding of marketing automation strategies in the B2B cybersecurity industry is a plus.

  • Track record of being a top performer among peers.

  • Clear evidence of natural curiosity, creativity, and initiative.

  • Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities – your ability to wear multiple hats will be your biggest asset.

  • Compensation for this position will be tailored based on qualifications and experience. Candidates offered the position can expect a starting base salary between $65,000 and $84,000 per year.
