Job description
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, resources, and scope
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans as necessary to ensure project success
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews and applying lessons learned to future projects
- Take ownership of the project and drive the software development process through all stages of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Review and improve the performance of individual team members
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science
PMP, PMI-ACP certification is desirable
Strong understanding of networking or cybersecurity concepts
Experience leading software development projects in networking or security is desirable
Proven experience in creating project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Knowledge of PERT and EVM
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexible schedule — ability to work across time zones
