We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who has the hunger to drive our organic traffic strategies. With a strong website traffic base, you won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll join one of the few companies in the world that has grown its entire customer base through the pull method - because we believe in the power of viral growth, and word of mouth. While the OpenVPN protocol is well known across the globe, and drives tens of millions of backlinks, the world needs to know about our products and they need to know how to find us. That’s where you come in.


  • Champion SEO throughout the organization by providing meaningful insights on ways to measure content performance and page ranking
  • Leverage and manage internal resources (SEO tools, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to pull together the search traffic story by exposing challenges, defining optimization methodology, and identifying appropriate sources of data/insights
  • Deliver search engine marketing and competitor insights to accelerate organic growth and increase engagement within by business area, product category and customer segment
  • Partner with other subject matter experts in company to execute actions based on SEO recommendations and assist with analytics tagging implementation in order to improve key page metrics
  • Ensure organic traffic priorities are reflected in content and tech strategy roadmap and execution
  • Work with technical writers and marketing content creators to ensure content is SEO optimized
  • Create and execute on external backlink campaigns
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and site analysis monthly, and generate reports for executive leadership

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • Proven success in synthesizing SEO data, tracking and visualizing metrics for organic traffic, performing SERP analysis and testing hypotheses for organic traffic efficiency
  • Proficient knowledge of SEO and SEM tools (Google Search Console, Google Ads, Bing Ads) and traffic analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – proven experience of presenting data to a non-technical audience
  • Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
  • Experience in B2B brand marketing support, SaaS marketing preferred
  • Experience working in content management systems with a proficient knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and Search Engine Optimization
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and its impact on organic traffic
  • Hands on tactical experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, Retargeting and Paid Social
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications a plus
