As the Technical Staffing Manager, you will have the autonomy to drive the recruitment cycle end-to-end: from creating job descriptions and setting interview orders, to sourcing candidates and negotiating salaries, to creating staffing policies and procedures.
Manage internal and external staffing resources, including agency partnerships.
Evaluate existing hiring needs and prepare a staffing plan to accomplish goals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify present and future staffing needs.
Perform duties such as writing job postings and helping set salary ranges.
Actively source technical candidates using creative recruiting techniques.
Communicate with interviewers and managers to ensure timely feedback.
Partner with HR to assist with onboarding new team members.
Create and implement efficient staffing policies and processes.
Monitor internal candidates and resume tracking systems.
Develop reports and maintain required employment forms.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a staffing/recruiting role
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a Technical Staffing Department or team
Experience recruiting for roles such as Engineering, IT, Marketing, and Sales
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking software
Experience recruiting for companies in the security and data networking domains
Knowledge of industry terminology and concepts, specifically in security and networking
